Cost: Free on orders over $50

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins after payment is confirmed.

During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States (all states)
  • Canada
  • International shipping available (contact us for rates)

For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Delivery Attempts

If you're not available when delivery is attempted, the carrier will typically leave a notice. You may need to pick up the package from a local facility or schedule a redelivery.

Signature Required

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. This is typically required for high-value items or express shipments. You will be notified if signature is required.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order value (free shipping may apply)

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (standard shipping only).

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, it will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct address
  • You may be charged for return shipping and reshipping
  • If the package cannot be redelivered, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@shobbit.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Check our website for holiday shipping deadlines.
