Our return and refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Digital products or downloadable items

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@shobbit.com or visit our Support page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Refund Amount

You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@shobbit.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shobbit.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shobbit.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged. If you have questions about a specific sale item, please contact us before purchasing.
